18 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-90 years; 2. The patients with clinically diagnosed pulmonary tuberculosis but negative sputum smear 3 times and negative sputum culture 1 time; 3. Negative bronchoalveolar lavage fluid or bronchial biopsy smear or culture; 4. The patients who had no effect after 2-weeks regular anti-inflammatory treatment; 5. The patients can undergo a percutaneous lung puncture biopsy with an non-calcified and non-vascular lesions (lesion maximum diameter >=5mm) shown by CT images; 6. The patients who have given informed consent and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients who cannot control cough or do not cooperate with the examination; 2. The patients with bleeding tendency or coagulopathy; 3. The patients with severe pulmonary hypertension; 4. The patients with poor cardio-pulmonary function; 5. The patients who refused to undergo a lung biopsy; 6. The patients with severe hearing impairment or mental disorders; 7. The patients with One-sided pneumonectomy.
