Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 18-75 years 2. Peripheral nodule1 = 50% ground-glass appearance on CT; (3) Radiologic surveillance confirms a long doubling time ( >=400 days) 3. Karnofsky >=80;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Malignancy history; 2. Pre-operation confirmed metastasis; 3. Poor pulmonary or cardiac funcion; 4. Obnormality of liver funcion or coagulation; 5. Poor compliance.
