Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years and < 60 years; gender is not limited. 2. Previously diagnosed chronic hepatitis B complied with the indications of antiviral therapy and received interferon-based therapy, including single interferon and combination of nucleoside (acid) analogues, for 48 to 96 weeks, with or without HBsAg negative conversion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Malignant tumors and other types of hepatitis.
