Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=65 years old; 2. ASA grade I/II; 3. BMI 18 to 28 kg/m2; 4. Agree to participate in this clinical study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Sedative, analgesic, allergic to drugs; 2. Potentially life-threatening circulatory and respiratory diseases not properly controlled; 3. Liver dysfunction (Child-Pugh C or above); 4. Diabetic patients; 5. The patient did not agree to be unable to cooperate with the follow-up or to request withdrawal during the experiment; 6. Blood pressure 1h; 8. Gastrointestinal obstruction; 9. Severe nervous system disease; 10. Other painless colonoscopy absolute contraindications and other serious anesthesia risks
