Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma who can receive radical surgery and are pathologically diagnosed as squamous cell carcinoma; (2) Patients with tumor tissues, adjacent tissues, peripheral blood, stool and esophageal mucus can be obtained according to the sample requirements; (3) Provide informed consent prior to the commencement of any trial-related steps.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Discontinue treatment if medical procedures are not followed; (2) Patients who cannot provide complete clinical information (image data, pathological data and treatment plan); (3) According to the judgment of the researcher, the patient also had other serious diseases that might affect the follow-up and short-term survival; (4) Any other medical condition or social/psychological problem that the researcher has determined is inappropriate for the patient to participate in this study.
