Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Selected 120 patients who underwent robot-assisted lower lumbar surgery from October 2019 to February 2020; 2. ASA grade I or II patients; 3. Age ranged from 18 to 60 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Coagulation dysfunction; 2. Infection at puncture site; 3. Acute and chronic pain before operation; 4. Neuromuscular junction disease patients; 5. Diabetes mellitus; 6. Cognitive dysfunction, drug addiction history, unable to operate patient-controlled analgesia (PCIA) pump; 7. Moderate to severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 8. BMI > 32.
