Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 60 patients aged 18-55 years, BMI < 30kg/m2, ASA II were selected. Hypogastric and head-down endoscopic surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Including previous eye diseases (such as glaucoma, previous ophthalmic surgery, diabetic retinopathy, retinal detachment, etc.), cardiovascular and nervous system diseases (uncontrollable hypertension, hepatorenal insufficiency), difficult airways, neuromuscular diseases (such as myasthenia gravis), history of muscle relaxant allergy, history of drug use (anticonvulsants and muscle relaxants) and Magnesium, vitamin K-dependent coagulation factor deficiency (increased risk of bleeding when using Shugeng glucose), basic intraocular pressure > 30 mmHg.
