Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Choose 70 patients of grade I and II (8th edition of People's Health Publishing House of Dermatology and Venereology) who meet the clinical diagnostic criteria of acne vulgaris in the dermatology clinic of Zhoupu Hospital, and sign the informed consent to the patients. Aged 13-50 years old male and female.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Lactating or pregnant women; 2. Patients with serious primary diseases such as cardio-cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, connective tissue diseases such as lupus erythematosus and psychosis; 3. Occupational acne caused by chemicals or acne caused by drugs.
