18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Receive rehabilitation treatment and volunteer to participate in this study, aged between 18 and 75; (2) All the selected subjects met the diagnostic criteria of cerebrovascular diseases, and were confirmed by brain CT or MRI; (3) There are at least one group of muscle tension of elbow flexor muscle group, elbow extensor muscle group, knee extensor muscle group, adductor muscle group and calf triceps muscle group, and MAS >= 1+ grade; (4) MMSE preliminary screening cognitive function is basically normal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Serious understanding and cognitive impairment, mental disorders; (2) Have serious heart and lung disease and liver and kidney disfunction; (3) Not easy to control hypertension, serious postural hypotension; (4) Deep vein thrombosis; (5) Severe musculoskeletal conditions (such as fractures, severe arthritis, joint contracture, amputations); (6) Use antispasmodic drugs for the first 3 months.
