Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. course =50 years; 3. First onset of unilateral cerebrovascular accident (ischemia or hemorrhage); 4. Stand for >=1 min with moderate amount of help; 5. Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE)>=24, which can understand and obey instructions; 6. There is no taboo in sports training; 7. Stable vital signs, stable condition, willing and able to cooperate with treatment; 8. Patients and their families agreed to participate in the study and sign informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. neurological diseases other than stroke; 2. severe musculoskeletal problems affect exercise training; 3. severe vision (negative side neglect) and cognitive dysfunction.
