20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women aged 20 to 40 years; 2. The couples lack of live births in past; 3. Couples who undergoing >=2 failure fresh IVF cycle using their own oocytes and spermnormal fertilized embryo (2PN) number greater than or equal to 3; 4. Embryos at cleavage stage scored low (grade 3-4) or did not form transplantable blastocysts at cleavage stage; 5. Blood AMH >=1.1 ng/ml in the female; 6. AFC >=7 in the female.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The previous cycles were IVF with donor sperm/PGT/IVM cycles. 2. Women with severe systemic diseases; 3. The male had severe oligoasthenospermia and azoospermia; 4. Severe endometriosis confirmed by laparoscopy in the female; 5. Male or female chromosome abnormality.
