Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Infants born 31-33weeks gestational age; 2. Birth weight >= 1500g; 3. Hemodynamically stable premature infant; 4. Anticipated to have at least four routine heel sticks within 2 wkkes after birth; 5. Newborn mothers are over 18 years old, have no infectious diseases and mental illness, and able to read and communicat.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Infants with major congenital defects, neurological anomalies; 2. Infants with Epileptic; 3. Infants receiving any sedatives or analgesic; 4. Infants receiving assisted breathing or tracheotomy; 5. Infants undergoing any surgery; 6. Infants with signs of broken or inflamed or necrotic heel tissue.
