Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: According to WHO's 1999 diagnostic criteria for diabetes, patients with type 2 diabetes are diagnosed as follows: 1. Diabetic symptoms with random blood glucose >= 200 mg / dl (11.1 mmol / L) ("random" refers to any time of the day, regardless of the meal, typical symptoms of diabetes include polyuria, polydipsia and unexplained weight loss). 2. Fasting blood glucose >= 126 mg / dl (7.0 mmol / L). "fasting" means no calorie intake for at least 8 hours. 3. In the glucose tolerance test (OGTT test), the 2-hour blood glucose is >= 200 mg/dl (11.1 mmol/L). If the patient meets any of the above three criteria and exclude other types of diabetes and secondary hyperglycaemia (such as cushing syndrome, drug-induced diabetes, etc.) are diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. Inclusion Criteria: 1. According to the 1999 WHO diagnostic criteria, a clear diagnosis of type 2 diabetes; 2. Aged from 55 to 65 years; 3. The course of diabetes is between 1 and 5 years; 4. Receiving hypoglycemic drugs treatment; 5. At least two intravenous plasma glucose or capillary blood glucose <= 3.9 mmol/L is recorded in the past 6 months; 6. Regular visits to the Union Hospital of Fujian Medical University, and standardized management in the National Metabolic Management Center of our hospital; 7. Conscious, stable mental status and able to communicate in language; 8. Meet a certain level of education and has the ability to complete all the questionnaires and other tests specified in the program; 9. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form, who can cooperate with at least 3 clinical follow-ups during the study period (increasing the number of follow-ups if necessary), including relevant tests, examinations and scale assessments; 10. Do not participate in other drug clinical trials.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. With other endocrine diseases; 2. Patients with impaired reno function [GFR < 45ml/(min.1.73m2)], severe diabetic peripheral neuropathy, diabetic retinal proliferative lesions and severe other chronic complications of diabetes that may affect patients emotion; 3. A combination of vascular dementia, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, Wilson's disease, Huntington's disease, and other diseases that clearly affect cognitive function, or a family history of these diseases; 4. History of neurological infection, history of head trauma or history of stroke, left or no residual emotions and cognitive impairment; 5. Those with a history or family history of psychiatric diseases, or who are receiving anti-anxiety, anti-depression and psychotropic medications; 6. With severe liver diseases (such as liver cirrhosis, liver cancer, etc.), lung diseases and poor lung function (such as severe COPD, tuberculosis, interstitial lung disease, etc.), severe kidney disease (such as uremia), The above diseases may have cerebral metabolic complications such as hepatic encephalopathy, pulmonary encephalopathy, and renal encephalopathy, which affect cognitive function; 7. Suffering from malignant tumors, especially those with high risk of brain metastases; 8. Long-term use of drugs that have a clear impact on cognitive function (such as stability); 9. Patients who are receiving medications that are non-related to hypoglycemic therapy and may cause hypoglycemia (including but not limited to Methimazole, promethazine, captopril, diltiazem, glutathione, penicillin G, pantoprazole, omeprazole, clopidogrel, imipenem, isoniazid, quinolones, somatostatin). 10. Aclcoholism or alcohol dependence; 11. Serious illness, poor hearing, etc. cant adhere to normal conversation and accept questionnaire survey; 12. Pregnant and lactating women.
