Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged more than 18 years; the patients were diagnosed with lung cancer without surgery options and had symptoms of cough and sputum production up to one month; Recurrent lung cancer was treated by chemotherapy and/or radiation therapy for just one month; chest tube drainage was used because of low-level SpO2; the patients had chest pain for more than 3 times a day and more than 20 min for one time; the parents provided written consent and were glad to participate in the present study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The patients received chemoradiotherapy within 6 months. Intraoperative and postoperative tracheal intubation time > 24 h, or postoperative transfer. The patients had routine examinations after admission, with obvious heart and liver and kidney and other important organs serious diseases; preoperative pulmonary function tests with ventilatory disorders; mental and central nervous system symptoms. Those who have dropped out in time will replenish the sample size in time.
