Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The first hemorrhagic or ischemic stroke diagnosed by CT or MRI; 2. The incidence of depression is closely related to stroke, which occurs 1 week to 3 months after stroke. 3. Mild to moderate depression, hamd-24 8 < score < 24; 4. Aged 50-70 years, right-handedness, han nationality, gender not limited; 5. Clear consciousness.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with dementia, epilepsy, traumatic brain injury and other brain diseases before stroke or patients with recurrent stroke; 2. Aphasia, apraxia, visual or auditory impairment, unable to complete psychological measurement; 3. Complicated with serious organic diseases (serious abnormalities of heart, lung, liver and renal function, serious infection, chronic inflammatory diseases, tumors and blood diseases); 4. During the first 2 months of the study, patients were given drugs that affect mental activity, or any antidepressant drugs, or received electroconvulsive therapy or were receiving systematic psychotherapy; 5. Other mental disorders and substance abusers.
