Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) the HIV/AIDS diagnosed by the infectious disease physician is >= 50 years old. The diagnostic standard is the Chinese AIDS diagnosis and treatment guideline (2018 Edition). (At present, in the international literature related to AIDS research and in the field related to AIDS research, the age group aged 50 years and over is usually set as the elderly (2) BMI < 24.0 kg/m2 or unintentional weight loss of 5% within one year; (3) It conformed to the criteria of "reduced walking speed" and "reduced grip strength" in the diagnosis of myopenia (walking speed <= 1.0 m/s, grip strength: male < 26 kg, female < 18 kg). (4) There was no imbalance disorder in the score of balance test (score less than 40); (5) The health condition is stable and able to move independently; (6) Participate voluntarily and fill in the consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Unable to move and stand independently from the chair; (2) Patients with severe primary diseases such as liver, kidney, hematopoiesis and endocrine system; (3) Chronic cardiac and pulmonary insufficiency (failure to perform normal daily activities, grade III or IV of heart failure, or no tolerance of 6 m walking test). (4) Patients with psychiatric history, personality disorder, cognitive impairment and brain organic diseases; (5) Activities are affected by neurological or osteoarthritic diseases; (6) Malignant diseases.
