Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: for premature and low-birth-weight infants whose birth weight was <2000g, or whose gestational age was <32 weeks, initial screening began at 4-6 weeks postnatal or 31-32 weeks gestational age correction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Premature infant who could not tolerate the examination; 2. the first screening time was more than 4-6 weeks after birth or 32 weeks of correct gestational age.
