18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with normal communication skills; patients with normal function of important organs and system; those who require the use of analgesic pump after operation; those have no history of drug abuse.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with history of chronic painful diseases; those who were allergic to the drugs and related components used in this study; those who participated in other clinical experiments, and those with abnormal pain sensitivity.
