Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women with early-stage breast cancer who are willing to undergo breast reconstruction;No radiotherapy was given before operation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Suffering from collagen vascular disease, serious heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and mental and neurological diseases, pregnant or lactating women.
