Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Comply with the diagnostic criteria for primary frozen shoulders in China; 2) The course of the disease is within 1 to 6 months, and the symptoms such as shoulder pain, daily activity disorder and limited shoulder joint activity are obvious when admitted to the hospital; 3) The results of routine shoulder X-ray examination, coagulation function and blood routine are basically normal; 4) Agree to participate in the study and be able to adhere to the entire treatment and follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Accepted invasive treatment or other physical therapy before and after admission; 2) pregnant women; 3) Patients with tumor, neurological and infectious diseases of the shoulder joint; 4) Those who have serious heart, lung, kidney and other diseases as well as mental illnesses are not suitable for invasive treatment.
