18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 75 years; 2. Diagnosed with gastric cancer by pre-operative gastroscopy biopsy; 3. Patients undergo radical surgery; 4. Elective surgery; 5. Patients undergo laparoscopic total gastrectomy; 6. BMI between 18-30kg/m2; 7. Patients without other primary tumors; 9. Patients fully understand the aim of this trial,volunteer to be in and provide written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with distant metastases, tumor infiltrating to adjacent organ or recurrent cases; 2. Patients underwent emergent surgery due to perforation, hemorrhage, intestinal obstruction, etc.; 3. Patients with severe cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic or renal comorbities and hence could tolerate laparoscopic surgery; 4. Patients with bad general condition and do not improve before surgery; 5. Intraoperative tumor intraperitoneal implantation spread or distant metastasis was found in patients; 6. Patients received neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy before surgery 7. The patient's clinical history and pathological data are incomplete.
