Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with type 2 diabetes. (2) Aged 45 to 75 years. (3) Patients with mild or moderate non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) subjects with ocular conditions that affect imaging of OCTA and fundus examination; (2) history of ocular surgery, laser photocoagulation, anti-VEGF treatment, injection of steroid; (3) OCTA image with low quality(scan quality <6); (4) patients with other ocular conditions affecting the neural and vascular structures of the eye (idiopathic macular hole, epimcaular membrane,retinal vein occlusion,retinal detachment,hypertensive retinopathy,age-related macular degeneration, glaucoma, uveitis,optic neuropathy, et al.) (5) patients with renal failure; combined with severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver and hematopoietic diseases; pregnant or lactating women: psychiatric patients; patients with epilepsy history.
