Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Compliance with the diagnostic criteria for complications of pregnancy formulated by the World Health Organization (WHO); 2. Pregnant women without pregnancy complications were selected as control group during pregnancy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Aged <18 years old; 2. combined with other complications of pregnancy complications; 3. patients with diabetes, obesity, polycystic ovary syndrome before pregnancy; 4. There are serious stress events; 5. severe anxiety, depression; 6. long-term constipation; 7. accompanied by circulatory system, digestive system and other medical history; 8. had been associated with severe intestinal disease or had undergone bowel surgery; 9. long-term use of antibiotics or regulation of intestinal flora drugs; 10. used antidiarrheal drugs, probiotics and antibiotics in the past 2 weeks; 11. There are special habits such as taking yogurt or probiotic products every day; 12. stool routine examination abnormalities.
