Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. the presence of a defnite history of taking AA-containing medications prior to disease onset; 2. the presence of obvious tubular dysfunction, with or without diminished GFR as a diagnostic criterion; 3. Any age and gender patients with aristolochic acid nephropathy who has been followed for more than 1 year.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Recent or long-term ingestion of antibiotics, nonsteroidal anti- in?ammatory drugs, diuretics or Chinese traditional medicines containing minerals or metals; 2. Evidence of other glomerular or tubulointerstitial diseases caused by infectious or immune diseases; 3. Patients with aristolochic acid nephropathy who were followed up for less than 1 year.
