40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) non-fluent aphasia diagnosed by the WAB; 2) Aged 40-70 years old; 3) The course of disease ranged from 6 months to 18 months; 4) Above primary school education, the right-handedness was determined by the criterion of handedness in Department of Neurology, First Hospital of Beijing Medical University; 5) Clear mind, stable condition, no serious cognitive impairment, normal language and intelligence before onset; 6) Be able to accept and cooperate with MRI examination and language function assessment. Patients and their families sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Language, reading and writing disorders caused by severe sensory and motor organ damage such as hearing, vision, writing and pronunciation; 2) those with learning difficulties and language deficits caused by congenital or juvenile diseases; 3) epilepsy, serious heart, liver, kidney dysfunction or other serious body diseases; 4) Consciousness can not cooperate with examination and treatment; 5) History of mental disorders in the past; 6) Metal foreign bodies or other electronic devices implanted into the body.
