Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Resident plateau population at an altitude of 2500 meters above >2500M; 2. Grade 1 primary hypertension without antihypertensive drugs (160> systolic blood pressure >=140mmHg and diastolic blood pressure >=90mmHg, =210g/L, female hemoglobin concentration >=190g/L.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Anemia, erythrocytosis, myelodysplastic syndrome and other diseases of the blood system; 2. Secondary hypertension; 3. Specific patients with atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD), such as patients with coronary heart disease, coronary stenting, coronary artery bypass grafting, stroke, peripheral vascular disease and revascularization, carotid endarterectomy or carotid stenting; 4. Patients with heart failure with reduced systolic function (EF3 times normal value, glomerulonephritis, renal insufficiency.ALT>3 times normal, patients with liver dysfunction; 6. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, sleep apnea syndrome; 7. Congenital heart disease; 8. Cardiac surgery history; 9. History of venous thromboembolism; 10. Use statins; 11. Diabetic.
