18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 18-65 years; 2) Stage IA1 (LVSI+), IA2, IB1, IB2 and IIA1 (2018 FIGO staging) early cervical cancer; 3) Pathological types: Squamous cell carcinoma, adenocarcinoma, adenosquamous cell carcinoma; 4) All signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Distant metastasis was found before surgery; 2) The size of uterus exceeds 3 months; 3) Pregnant women; 4) Preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy or radiotherapy; 5) Life expectancy less than 6 months; 6) Fail to receive follow-up visits on schedule; 7) Patients with systemic serious basic diseases, immune diseases, mental diseases or other malignant tumors.
