Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The first stroke met the diagnostic criteria of cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage adopted by the 4th National Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases. The lesions were confirmed by CT or MRI in the left cerebral hemisphere. 1) The results of WAB were non-fluent aphasia. 2) The age of the patient was 40-70 years old. 3) The course of disease ranged from 6 months to 18 months. 4) Above primary school education, the right-handedness was determined by the criterion of handedness in Department of Neurology, First Hospital of Beijing Medical University. 5) Clear mind, stable condition, no serious cognitive impairment, normal language and intelligence before onset; 6) Be able to accept and cooperate with MRI examination and language function evaluation, and the patients and their families sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Language, reading and writing disorders caused by severe sensory and motor organ damage such as hearing, vision, writing and pronunciation; 2) Those with learning difficulties and language deficits caused by congenital or juvenile diseases; 3) Complicated with epilepsy, severe heart, liver, kidney dysfunction or other serious somatic diseases; 4) History of mental disorders in the past; 5) Metal foreign bodies or other electronic devices implanted into the body.
