Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hospital time > 48h; 2. Indwelling CVC time > 48h; 3. Aged >= 18 years;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Solid or haematological tumor; 2. Human immunodeficiency virus infection (HIV); 3. Undergoing chemotherapy or radiotherapy; 4. Sepsis was confirmed in admission or catheter-related bloodstream infection was confirmed in the old catheter with replace the catheter; 5. Intravascular foreign bodies (such as pacemaker and artificial heart valve) were implanted within the last month; 6. The patient/relative/guardian refusal be used for clinical research in patients with the data; 7. The researcher consider that certain conditions of the patient may affect the efficacy and safety evaluation of this study.
