Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. inpatient in cardiology department 2. patients visiting community health center and receiving public health services 3. plain residents plannning to live in high-altitude area for more than 1 year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Limb defect in the test site; 2. Cannot be used with portable data acquisition devices; 3. Unable to understand the content of this study or not willing to participate in this study.
