Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 70 years old; 2. Diagnosed with histologically confirmed gastric adenocarcinoma or gastroesophageal junction (GEJ) adenocarcinoma (type I~III). Systemic examination to assess the condition (including chest and abdomen CT and endoscopic ultrasonography), the clinical stage of the patient is cT3~T4, N+, M0; in situ hybridization EBER (+), or dMMR (immunohistochemical detection MLH1/ PMS2/MSH2/MSH6, at least 1 negative); 3. ECOG score =4x10^9/L; hemoglobin >=100g/L; platelet >=80x10^9/L; serum liver enzyme <=2 ULN; serum creatinine no more than the upper limit; 5. At least one lesion that can be measured by CT or MRI; 6. Those who have fertility but are willing to take contraceptive measures; 7. Have provided written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with allergic or hypersensitive constitutional drugs, patients with autoimmune diseases; 2. Only unmeasurable lesions, such as pleural and ascites, cancerous lymphangitis, diffuse liver invasion, bone metastasis; no measurable lesions or lesions are not evaluable; 3. Pregnant or breast feeding, have fertility but refuse to take contraceptive measures; 4. Uncontrolled symptomatic brain metastases or mental disorders cannot correctly represent subjective symptoms; 5. Important organ failure; 6. Any factors affecting the of administration, absorption, distribution, metabolism, excretion, etc., uncontrollable seizures, central nervous system disorders or loss of self-knowledge due to mental illness, physiological or pathological malnutrition, chronic diarrhea, cachexia patient; 7. Serious cardiac disease, including: recorded congestive heart failure, uncontrolled arrhythmia, angina requiring medical treatment, clinically defined valvular defect, history of severe myocardial infarction, and intractability hypertension; 8. Serious uncontrollable infection; 9. Alcohol and/or drug abuse or poor compliance; 10. With history of other malignant tumors.
