Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. It conforms to the diagnostic criteria of PMDD in the 5th edition of the Manual of Diagnosis and Statistics of Mental Diseases (DSM-5), and the diagnosis of TCM syndromes conforms to the syndrome of Liver-qi depression; 2. Women aged between 18 and 30 are of unlimited ethnic origin; 3. The basic regularity of menstrual cycle (fluctuation range < 3d) is 21-35 days; 4. Clear-minded and independent judgement; able to understand the purpose of this study and cooperate voluntarily; 5. No major diseases, no heart, liver and kidney tumors, brain tumors or other brain diseases, no history of taking psychotropic drugs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Drugs for PMDD were used within three months; 2. History of drug abuse; 3. Those who participated in other drug clinical trials within one month before screening; 4. Diseases of the blood system; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Chronic history of five visceral diseases such as heart and spleen; 7. Ovariectomy or abortion within six months, contraceptive use.
