Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are diagnosed with infantile spasms and recived intravenous or oral glucosteroid for the first time;Consent form by the legal guardian.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cases presenting with Lennox-Gastaut syndrome or withdraw during the follow-up.
