A:Three Acutrak 6/7 full threaded headless cannulated screws implanted along femoral neck axis
B:an off-axis trochanteric transverse screw plus with three parallel screw along femoral neck axis

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) patients with vertical (Pauwels III) femoral neck fracture; (2) young adults aged 18-65 years old; (3) patients who volunteered to participate in clinical trials and signed informed consent forms with good compliance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) immature skeletal system; (2) other types of femoral neck fractures (Pauwels i-ii); (3) pathological fracture and old fracture; (4) patients with prior hip surgery, ipsilateral hip or femoral dysplasia; (5) multiple injuries (ISS > 16) or accompanied by ipsilateral lower limb fractures, femoral head fractures, pelvic or acetabular fractures; (6) patients with other diseases that affect the operation and rehabilitation process; (7) patients receiving open reduction during operation; (8) patients with obvious operation contraindications.
