Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) aged 18 to 80 years; 2) diagnosed as normal tension glaucoma; 3) signed informed consent form; 4) determined to be progressed by visual field by Reading Board.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) never receive systemic treatment besides IOP reduction therapy; 2) after intraocular surgery(besides simple cataract surgery), cyclophotocoagulation surgery, laser treatment; 3) spherical equivalent 6.0D; 4) Humphrey visual field mean deviation less than 18dB; 5) best corrected visual acuity less than 0.5.
