18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Fit the diagnostic standard of frostbite referred to the clinical guidelines with burns on up to 10% TBSA; (2) Aged over 18 years; (3) Volunteered to participate and followed guidance; (4) Communicated well; (5) All patients were frostbite for the first time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Mental disorders; (2) Hearing impairment; (3) Damage to the respiratory system; (4) Allergic to tramadol.
