30 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: From October 2019 to February 2020, patients with osteoarthritis underwent the first unilateral total knee arthroplasty in orthopaedics department of our hospital. ASA I-III, aged 30-70, BMI 18-24 kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe liver and renal dysfunction and abnormal coagulation function; patients with severe cardiovascular disease; patients with severe pulmonary dysfunction; patients taking angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor (ACEI) and angiotensin II receptor antagonist (ARB) antihypertensive drugs.
