Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged >=40 years; 2. Those who voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With history of knee trauma or surgery; 2. Mandatory spondylitis, rheumatoid arthritis, reactive arthritis, psoriatic arthritis or severe visceral lesions, severe metabolic disorders and bone tumors; 3. Those who had received immunosuppressant, adrenocortical hormone or systemic therapy before the trial; 4. Contraindications for MRI examination; 5. Poor image quality.
