Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthy control: 1. Residents of Shanxi Province administrative region; 2. Age >=40 years; 3. Understand instructions; 4. CSID cognitive test >=7; 5. Willing to participate in research. Geriatric depression: 1. Age >=55 years; 2. Geriatric depression who meet the diagnostic criteria for single or repeated episodes of DSM-5 major depressive disorder (296.2x-296.3x); 3. Primary school education or above (education level >=5 years); 4. Understand instructions;5)Geriatric depression scale (GDS) 11 and above. Senile schizophrenia: 1. Age >=55 years; 2. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of DSM-5 schizophrenia-like disorder (295.40), schizophrenia (295.90) and schizoaffective disorder (295.70); 3. Primary school graduation or above (education level >=5 years); 4. Understand instructions; 5. PANSS scores no more than 5 points in the following items, or to say it does not exceed moderate severity: P1 delusional, P3 hallucinatory behavior, P5 exaggeration, P6 suspicion/ persecutory, G9 abnormal thinking content; PANSS scores no more than 4 points in the following entries: P2 concept disorder. Amnestic mild cognitive impairment: 1. Patients meeting Petersen's 2004 criteria for amnesic MCI; 2. Primary school education or above (education level >=5 years); 3. Understand instructions; 4. Hachinski ischemia scale <=4 points; CT/MRI infarcts larger than 1cm in non-critical areas were <=3, and there were no infarcts in key areas (frontal, temporal, parietal, occipital cortex, hippocampus, thalamus, amygdala, and other limbic systems)CT/MRI showed no extensive white matter lesion; 4. GDS (30 items) <=10 points.

Exclusion criteria: Healthy control: 1. Unwilling to cooperate; 2. Severe visual and auditory impairment; 3. A history of drug or alcohol abuse; 4. Clear history of serious cerebrovascular diseases (including cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction), Parkinson's syndrome, epilepsy, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression and other neuropsychiatric history; 5. Severe head trauma, carbon monoxide poisoning and other consciousness loss for more than 30 minutes. Geriatric depression: 1. Unwilling to cooperate; 2. Severe visual and auditory impairment; 3. A history of drug or alcohol abuse; 4.
