Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. diagnosed with chronic heart failure according to 2018 Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Heart Failure in China; 2. aged >= 60 years of above; 3. diagnosed with NYHA grading I-III; 4. entering the community of the reaserch base after discharge; 5. with the ability to comprehend the study procedures and communicate with researchers.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: excluding the patients with following diseases or situations: MODS, cancer, asthma, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, allergic rhinitis, hereditary allergies, elevated eosinophil count in blood, death or transfering from one hospital to another during hospitalization, etc..
