Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients were eligible for this trial if they met the criteria for anterior STEMI after primary PCI from October 2019 and December 2022; 2. Willing to participate in this trial and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) intracranial, gastrointestinal, urogenital bleeding within 3 months; 2) drug allergy in this study; 3) severe liver and kidney diseases, chronic renal failure, serum creatinine >3.0 mg/dl; Transaminase exceeded the reference value by more than 3 times; 4) currently taking Rivaroxaban or requiring long-term anticoagulation therapy; 5) pregnancy and malignant tumors; 6)confirmed or suspected hematological diseases (except mild or moderate anemia); 7) thrombocytopenia, platelets <100,000/ml; 8) a high risk of bleeding was assessed by the CRUSADE score; 9) older than 75 years or less than 18 years.
