Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Stroke was diagnosed by magnetic resonance and CT in all patients; 2. liver and kidney function were normal; 3. voluntary participate in the research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Progressive cerebral infarction, massive infarction or massive hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage, ventricular hemorrhage, TIA; 2. aphasia, severe dementia, communication disorders; 3. combined with other serious diseases; 4. with a history of psychiatric illness; 5. had a history of alcohol abuse, long-term coffee or tea drinking; 6. it was difficult to understand the content of the research scale; 7. complicated with ophthalmic diseases, such as retinopathy, glaucoma; 8. contraindications for phototherapy; 9. with a history of drug allergy; 10. with a history of epilepsy; 11. with depression or insomnia symptoms before stroke; 12. other factors led to sleep disorders; 13. other factors could not comply with the requirements of the experiment.
