Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 25 to 50 years of age at randomization, inclusive 2. Overweight (BMI>=24), hyperglycemia (blood glucose is from 5.6 to 6.9), or high lipid levels in blood (TC reach at marginal value). 3. Signed informed consent obtained for participating the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects have cardiovascular disease, cerebrovascular disease, liver disease, kidney disease, or hematologic disease, IBS, IBD, and etc. 2. Pregnant or breast feeding women, or have allergies. 3. Subjects who take any medicines that are antagonist to the study product (Nutrilite), which interfere the study result. 4. Subject participated another clinical trial in the past three months 5. Subject is not willing to comply the study procedures 6. Subject has any diseases that can affect the evaluation of the study product based on the sponsor company or PI opinion.
