Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Few ovulation or no ovulation; (2) clinical manifestations and/or hyperandrogenemia; (3) ovarian polycystic change: one side or bilateral ovarian diameter of 2 ~ 9mm follicles >=12, and (or) ovarian volume >=10ml; Meet two items of diagnostic criteria, including obese PCOS (BMI>=24, WHR >0.85) and thin PCOS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The adrenal and ovarian tumors in kaohsiung were excluded. Did not take contraceptives, antioxidant drugs or other drugs that affect reproductive endocrine, glucose and lipid metabolism in recent 3 months.
