20 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. With informed consent; 2. Elective surgery; aged between 20-60 years; body mass index 20-30kg/m2; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status I to II; 4. General surgery with general anesthesia (gynecological or gastrointestinal surgery);
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Any neurological or psychological disease; 2. Alcohol or sedatives addictions; 3. Serious cardiovascular diseases; 4. Renal or hepatic dysfunction; 5. General anesthetics were accepted in the last six months.
