Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) patients aged 18 or above; (2) patients capable of providing informed consent after interpreting the proposed study; (3) patients undergoing elective surgery; (4) patients who plan to undergo cardiac, pulmonary, retroperitoneal and craniotomy operations, operations with more than 2 viscera, operations requiring intravenous injection of contrast agent, and patients whose intraoperative blood loss is expected to be greater than 5% body mass; (5) patients who could be followed up for 3 months after surgery were estimated.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with stage 4 or 5 chronic kidney disease (CKD); (2) patients diagnosed with AKI or AKD before surgery; (3) pregnant or surgical patients related to puerpera and newborn; (4) persons unable to perform RFR assessment due to inability to eat or allergy to protein; (5) drugs that affect RFR testing must be used, such as sulfamethoxazole, simetidine, fenofibrate, etc. (6) no surgery for various reasons; (7) other conditions considered by the researcher as inappropriate to participate in this study.
