Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis conformed to the diagnostic criteria of cerebral apoplexy formulated by the fourth national conference on cerebrovascular diseases in 1995,and was confirmed by CT or MRI; 2. Cognitive impairment met the diagnostic criteria of severe or mild vascular cognitive impairment in the DSM-V; 3. Unilateral hemispheric lesion with no history of stroke; 4. Aged 30 - 75 years, male or female; 5. Received more than five years of education; 6. The course of disease is within 2 weeks to 6 months; 7. Can sit independently for more than 30 minutes; 8. Patients and their families were informed of the therapy procedures in this study, and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unstable vital signs; 2. After craniotomy or skull defect; 3. Cognitive impairment due to other diseases; 4. With metal implants or cardiac pacemakers; 5. With severe cardiopulmonary diseases, multiple organ failure, malignant tumors, severe mental disorders and seizures; 6. Claustrophobic patients; 7. Unable to cooperate with assessment and treatment instructions due to other reasons such as severe aphasia.
