Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The subjects of this study were non-menopausal overweight/obese women in Chongqing Tumor Hospital from June 1, 2020 to December 31, 2021. The recruitment conditions for this study were as follows: 1. Female, 21-54 years old; 2. Body mass index (>= 25) or waist circumference (>= 80 cm); 3. Pre-menopausal 6 months before admission (clinical menstrual history inquiry and detection of FSH and E2); 4. 12 months before admission, no abnormal mammograms were found in women over 5 and 50 years old; 5. Understanding and willing to sign written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Postmenopausal women (including those with premenopausal amenorrhea for at least 12 months before admission, or with history of hysterectomy and bilateral salpingoovariectomy); 2. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction, severe malnutrition, albumin < 25g/L, severe cardiopulmonary disease, unstable condition; 3. Complicated with diabetes and hyperemia. Patients with hypertension, coronary heart disease, stroke, malignant tumors, etc. 4. Those with uncontrolled severe infection; 5. Pregnant and lactating women; 6. Those with mental and neurological diseases who are unable to cooperate or unwilling to cooperate.
