Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The high risk groups found in the screening process were selected, the evaluation criteria of high risk groups were as follows: 1. Male aged between 40 and 80 years old (6 points); 2. cancer history (6 points); 3. History of colorectal cancer in first-degree relatives (6 points); 4, history of intestinal polyps (6 points); 5. smoking (2 points); 6. diarrhea (1 point); 7. constipation (1 point); 8. mucus and blood stool (1 point); 9. History of cholecystectomy (1 point), score greater than or equal to 10 points as high-risk population.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who can not tolerate intestinal preparation or colonoscopy.
