Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)preterm infants, birth weith lower than 1500g; (2)admitted into NICU right after birth.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Legal guardians disagree; (2) Severe fatal congenital malformations; (3) Severe congenital heart disease leading to obvious abnormal circulation; (4) Severe gastrointestinal malformations.
